- FAA A&P License.
- Minimum 5 years of aircraft maintenance or quality control experience.
- Ability to follow documented procedures and standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite.
- Ability to make decisions with little or no supervision.
- Ability to read, understand, and apply technical manuals and regulatory documentation.
- Must understand, read, and write English fluently.
- Ability to read and interpret precision measuring equipment.
- Ability to interact professionally with coworkers, supervisors, and internal teams.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree (not required).
- Experience with turboprop aircraft.
- Prior Quality Control experience in an MRO or aviation environment.
Physical Requirements
- Clear vision (20/20 with or without corrective lenses).
- Ability to hear clearly (with or without hearing aids).
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
- Regular squatting, bending, standing, and reaching overhead.
- Occasional climbing of ladders.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in loud environments when required.
- Regular attendance as outlined in company policy.

- Occasional domestic travel (up to 10%).
