Role Summary
* In this role, you will perform inspections on aircraft, engines, parts, and components to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. You will support return-to-service processes, verify maintenance actions, and maintain accurate documentation. You will serve as a key quality resource for technicians and customers, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and workmanship. Education & Job Requirements
* Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
* Must have a valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant Certificate.
* Must have a minimum of 3 - 4 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
* Must have a minimum of 1 year of corporate or commercial jet experience.
* Must have the ability to read and interpret engineering documents and maintenance manuals.
* Must be able to read, write, and understand English in both written and verbal form.
* Must have strong customer orientation to meet internal and external expectations.
* Must have the ability to use measuring tools, hand tools, and test equipment.
* Must have the ability to interpret regulatory documents and requirements (FAR, CAA, RSM/QCM, FAA, AD, SB, CFR, TCDS, etc.).
* Must have basic knowledge of business aircraft inspection programs.
* Must have working knowledge of computer software (Excel, Access, Word, SAP, internet, Pivotal, etc.).
* Must have thorough knowledge of business aircraft maintenance, preventive maintenance, rebuilding, and alteration.
* Must have thorough knowledge of return-to-service procedures and applicable SAP programs. Job Duties/Functions
* Will adhere to General Work Requirements.
* Will perform return-to-service inspections and approve aircraft in accordance with applicable regulations as delegated by the repair station accountable manager.
* Will obtain and secure aircraft documentation upon arrival.
* Will perform inspections of aircraft, engines, parts, components, precision tools, and equipment per regulatory requirements.
* Will verify and approve corrective actions on maintenance and in-process inspections performed by technicians.
* Will inspect new, repaired, and rebuilt parts for damage, conformity, and accuracy.
* Will ensure all work packages, maintenance records, and required forms are completed accurately.
* Will research aircraft drawings and technical data (REO, EO, DCN) as required.
* Will perform walk-around inspections prior to aircraft release when required.
* Will assist customers as needed.
* Will perform other duties as assigned.
