Role Summary
* In this role, you will perform inspections on aircraft, engines, parts, and components to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. You will support return-to-service processes, verify maintenance actions, and maintain accurate documentation. You will serve as a key quality resource for technicians and customers, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and workmanship. Education & Job Requirements
* You must have
* A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
* A valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant Certificate.
* A minimum of 3 to 4 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
* A minimum of 1 year of corporate or commercial jet experience.
* The ability to read and interpret engineering documents and maintenance manuals.
* The ability to read, write, and understand English in both written and verbal form.
* Strong customer orientation to meet internal and external expectations.
* The ability to use measuring tools, hand tools, and test equipment.
* The ability to interpret regulatory documents and requirements, including FAR, CAA, RSM/QCM, FAA, AD, SB, CFR, TCDS, and others.
* Basic knowledge of business aircraft inspection programs.
* Working knowledge of computer software, including Excel, Access, Word, SAP, the internet, and Pivotal.
* Thorough knowledge of business aircraft maintenance, preventive maintenance, rebuilding, and alteration.
* Thorough knowledge of return-to-service procedures and applicable SAP programs. Job Duties & Functions
* You will be able
* Adhere to General Work Requirements.
* Perform return-to-service inspections and approve aircraft in accordance with applicable regulations as delegated by the repair station accountable manager.
* Obtain and secure aircraft documentation upon arrival.
* Perform inspections of aircraft, engines, parts, components, precision tools, and equipment per regulatory requirements.
* Verify and approve corrective actions on maintenance and in-process inspections performed by technicians.
* Inspect new, repaired, and rebuilt parts for damage, conformity, and accuracy.
* Ensure all work packages, maintenance records, and required forms are completed accurately.
* Research aircraft drawings and technical data (REO, EO, DCN) as required.
* Perform walk-around inspections prior to aircraft release when required.
* Assist customers as needed.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
