As a Quality Inspector, you’ll be at the forefront of verifying product conformance, identifying discrepancies, and supporting aerospace-grade manufacturing.

• Verify product conformance to design requirements.
• Perform auditing surveillance and monitor production processes.
• Identify, document, and control non-conforming items.
• Conduct preliminary reviews and dispositions of non-conformance.
• Collaborate with customers during product/process verification.
• Initiate corrective actions for repetitive or significant issues.
• Inspect incoming materials and outgoing orders for certification accuracy.
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections per design records.
• Review certification documentation to ensure traceability per AS9100 standards.
• Communicate with vendors as needed.
• Obtain and maintain Customer Designated Supplier Quality Representative Stamps (minimum of three, site-dependent).
• Use quality assurance stamps actively and accurately.

• Minimum 2 years of experience using calipers, ring/pin gauges, comparators, and Smart scopes.
• Proficiency in QA inspection methods, including First Article Inspection.
• Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

• Aerospace inspection experience.
• Knowledge of AS9100 requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
