Job Title: Quality InspectorJob Description
As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the finalization of all work orders, first articles, and customer submittal documentation packages. You will perform verification tasks to ensure products meet purchase orders and customer requirements, and oversee the completion of First Articles.
Responsibilities
- Verify incoming products to ensure they meet purchase orders and customer requirements.
- Check part marks for correctness, legibility, and appropriate location when applicable.
- Read engineering documents to understand part mark and general configuration requirements.
- Complete all First Articles and submit them per customer requirements upon completion.
- Ensure work orders are filled out completely and that all quantities are correct.
- Report any deviations from specifications and requirements to the supervisor.
- Finish and complete First Articles based on AS9102 and customer-specific requirements.
- Familiarize yourself with the use and navigation of Net Inspect.
Essential Skills- Proficiency in reading, analyzing, and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, and internet software.
- Detail-oriented for documentation correctness.
- Familiarity with the use and navigation of Net Inspect.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in inspection, quality inspection, blueprint reading, and GD&T.
- Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, height gauges, FAIs, and machine shop background.
- Experience with machined parts inspection, CMM, and Faro Arm.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
