Quality InspectorThe Inspector is responsible for performing First Article, In‑Process, and Final inspections on detail parts and sub‑assemblies used in aerospace applications. This role ensures all components meet engineering specifications, quality standards, and documentation requirements.
Primary Responsibilities- Conduct First Article, In‑Process, and Final inspections on detail parts and sub‑assemblies for corporate and military aircraft
- Inspect chemical cleaning, plating, paint, coatings, and part markings to verify compliance with engineering specifications
- Record discrepancies and work with appropriate teams to resolve issues
- Prepare and submit non‑conformance reports
- Use and interpret precision measuring tools and instruments
- Perform First Article Inspections in accordance with AS9102 and enter results into Net‑Inspect
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Requirements- Minimum of 3 years of aerospace part or assembly inspection experience
- Experience performing First Article Inspections
- Familiarity with GD&T preferred
Compensation- Pay Range: $33/hr – $40/hr
Work Schedule- Must be flexible and able to work various shifts
