About the RolePDS Tech Commercial is seeking a dependable and safety?focused Form Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations. This role is essential in ensuring forms and hardware are properly cleaned, maintained, stored, and prepared for production use. You will work on the production floor with hands-on responsibilities that require attention to detail, consistent quality, and strict adherence to safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Clean rubber and other foreign material from forms and hardware
- Clean form clips and replace hardware when necessary
- Inspect and install metal clips on the bottom of forms
- Measure form lengths as needed to ensure accuracy
- Assist with form inventory management
- Assist in packing forms for storage or shipment
- Maintain clear and accurate records of form sets reworked
- Follow all safety rules and good housekeeping practices at all times
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

- Maintain accurate documentation related to work performed
- Demonstrate consistent dependability, teamwork, and safety awareness

Experience & EducationRequired:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience (military experience may substitute)
Highly Desirable:
- Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
Physical Requirements & PPEThis is a physically demanding role requiring:
- Ability to lift and transport up to 40 lbs
- Standing approximately 95 of the shift
- Ability to move dip racks and pin-over racks using rack trucks
- Ability to operate manual hoists and hand trucks

- Splash goggles

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
