Responsibilities
- This position schedules vehicle repairs due to accidents and/or incidents. In addition, this position will schedule lubrication for vehicle-maintenance, schedules vehicles for lubrication or repairs based on date of last lubrication and mileage traveled or urgency of repairs. The Maintenance Scheduler contacts garages to verify availability of facilities, notifies parking garage workers to deliver specified vehicles, and maintains a file of requests for services. The Maintenance Scheduler takes pictures of vehicle damage; ensures paperwork is completed accurately and maintains accident packet per vehicle accident. Submits regular correspondence using email.

Qualifications
- Ability to pass Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Screening.
- Ability to receive a favorable TIER-1 investigation result and obtain and maintain a CAC.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Physical requirements include (but are not limited to) the ability to lift 50 pounds, pushing, pulling, carrying, stooping, bending, squatting, and reaching.
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Compensation: $17.75.
- Hourly Health & Welfare: $5.09.
Preferred Qualifications:- Commercial Drivers License with Passenger Endorsement.
- Valid Texas Drivers License
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
