Responsibilities:
Evaluate and conduct daily maintenance and inspection requirements to ensure aircraft airworthiness.
Alert Lead Mechanic of any unusual situations that require scheduling or manpower adjustments.
Oversee aircraft maintenance at field bases, manage stock levels, and requisition parts as needed.
Certify work completion on aircraft logs, reports, and maintenance forms as per FAA and company standards.
Handle entries in RAMCO, including work packages and installations.
Maintain communication with Lead Mechanic and other agents for seamless job execution.
Manage parts inventory and maintain special tools, performing calibrations as necessary.
Execute varied related duties as they arise.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent.
FAA Mechanic Certificate with both Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
A minimum of 2 years experience in maintenance as a Certified Mechanic.
Basic communication skills and proficiency in computer operations.
Ability to pass a pre-placement physical exam, including strength and flexibility assessments, as well as drug and background screenings.
Sheet metal repair and/or Avionics troubleshooting skills for the Roving Maintenance Team.
Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to night shifts when required.
