How to thrive in this role?
- Minimum of 4 years of structural fabrication/modification experience, or substantiated equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience on corporate aircraft
- Completion of Sheet Metal Aircraft Technician School or equivalent training
- Ability to interpret and work from mechanical engineering drawings
- Effective written and verbal communication skills regarding individual and aircraft status
- Ownership of a basic set of hand tools, with the ability to demonstrate proper inventory and control
- Must obtain Ground Support Equipment (GSE) qualifications as required
- Willingness and availability to work unscheduled overtime, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work outdoors in seasonal and inclement weather conditions
- Ability to obtain a SIDA (Security Identification Display Area) badge, if applicable
- Basic proficiency in PC and computer skills
- Airframe or Powerplant License A PLUS!!!
