Description
Lockheed Martin is currently looking to add Sheet Metal Mechanic contractors to perform heavy maintenance and modifications to the following
aircraft's: C-130, P-3 and UH-60. This location is in Greenville, SC which houses 16 hangers and 1.1 million square feet of covered space.
Required Duties:
• The repair, fabrication, modification, and installation of sheet metal parts, items, and assemblies in accordance with technical manuals,
engineering drawings, and FAA regulations.
• Sheet metal mechanic work requires knowledge of the physical properties and working characteristics of sheet metal, knowledge of tools and
equipment required in the sheet metal trade, and knowledge of shop mathematics and principles
• Using shop mathematics to determine curves, angles, and pitch
• Planning and making pattern and template layouts

Additional Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of sheet metal experience doing MODIFICATIONS
C-130 and P-3 experience strongly desired
Work Environment
Greenville, SC location houses 16 hangers and 1.1 million square feet

1st Shift:
7am- 3:30pm
2nd Shift:
3:30pm- 1:30am
Some overtime may be required
