Sheet Metal Mechanic

• Sheet metal repair and modification on the specified aircraft for King Air 350 and Global 6500 aircraft. 
• All work is accomplished with applicable technical documentation and engineering blueprints.
• Disassemble, modify, repair, and reassemble complex aircraft metal items and systems, e.g., bulkheads, airframe spars, air scoops, wings, flaps, pylons, sponsons, fuselages, skins, ribs, gussets.
• Drill, locate, modify, and install prepared modification kits per customer requirements and within all applicable regulatory guidelines (military and FAA).
• Repair and replace, as necessary, all green aircraft components and/or skins, stringers, doublers, and other structural items that may be damaged before, during, or after the installation of modifications to the aircraft.
• Record all changes to green aircraft components such as serial and part number changes, component installation serial and part numbers, and process documentation for all modifications performed to aircraft in applicable forms and databases.
• Using electronic sign-off programs signifies that all work was done in accordance with all drawings and engineering processes.
• Electronic signatures are provided to sign off all work completed.
• Perform all work in accordance with rules and regulations set forth by FAA, AS9100, and Military criteria.

• Per diem split
• 6 months-contract-to-hire
• 1st shift

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant airframes preferred
• Tools needed
• One year experience minimum to experienced sheet metal mechanics
