* $42.00/hour Education & Job Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* 10+ years of recent experience in aviation with a focus on sheet metal work
* Good job durations
* Experience working with CRJ or King Air aircraft, preferably CRJ200 and King Air 200 aircraft
* Proficiency in aircraft structural repairs, riveting, and metal fabrication
* Ability to read and interpret SRM (Structural Repair Manuals), blueprints, aircraft manuals, and FAA technical documentation
* Hands-on experience performing aircraft structural damage assessments and evaluating repair requirements
* Familiarity with aircraft materials, including aluminum alloys and composites
* Working knowledge of working with NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) services and interpreting inspection results
* Familiarity with aircraft materials, including aluminum alloys and composites
* Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Preferred Skills
* Mechanical and Avionics experience is a plus Job Duties & Functions
* Perform inspections and evaluate structural damage on aircraft to determine appropriate repair methods
* Fabricate, repair, and install sheet metal parts using hand tools, power tools, and metalworking machinery
* Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and FAA repair documentation
* Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures throughout maintenance activities
* Utilize precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and calipers, to verify repair accuracy and alignments
* Remove, replace, and repair aircraft skin, frames, bulkheads, and structural components
* Document maintenance activities and completed work in maintenance logs and reports
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA and company safety standards Physical Requirements & Environment

* Work in tight, confined, and elevated spaces
