What You’ll Experience
You will complete a comprehensive 6‑week training program that includes classroom instruction, hands‑on practice, and direct mentorship. Upon successful completion you will transition into full-time production work.

What You’ll Do
Install, modify, and maintain aircraft sheet metal and composite components
Fabricate, assemble, and rework structural parts
Use precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards
Perform inspections and maintain accurate documentation
Read and work from engineering drawings and production specifications
What You Need-Qualifications
1–3 years of aviation sheet metal or structural mechanic experience
High school diploma or GED required
Fluent in English — ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
Able to work 1st and/or 2nd shift upon completion of training as required
Willing and able to work overtime as required, including evenings and weekends
Physical Requirements
Regularly lift/move up to 30 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs
Frequent hand use; steady hand‑eye coordination
Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and stooping
Ability to work in varied physical positions
Clear communication and hearing abilities
