Sheet Metal Mechanic

Contract Position
Our Support in Greenville, South Carolina site is the home of the F-16 Fighting Falcon production line and provides nose-to-tail aircraft modification, maintenance, repair and overhaul services for both military and civil aircraft. For more than 35 years, the site has provided world-class and affordable sustainment services to thousands of aircraft, such as the C-130, P-3, KC-10, and C-9.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, lay out, fabricate, assemble, install and repair both internal and external aircraft structure and surface for aircraft modifications in accordance with technical manuals, engineering drawings, and FAA regulations.
- F-16 Production line structures and assembly.
- Install fasteners, drilling, bulkheads, skins, and building fuselage components.
- Heavy precision drilling
- Countersink and remain precision holes.
- Active drilling precision holes on aircraft.
Qualifications:
- 6-8 years minimum aviation production drilling/structures work.
