We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Mechanic with experience specifically on Boeing 737, 747, and 777 aircraft. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in aviation maintenance and installation, capable of reading drawings and performing full installations.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate parts, assemblies, and antenna doublers for installation in aircraft, both in pressurized and non-pressurized areas, with limited supervision.
• Identify engineering discrepancies and collaborate with leadership and engineering teams to find alternative solutions.
• Determine locations for secondary avionics system components such as relays, terminal strips, terminal blocks, and heat sinks.
• Exhibit adequate troubleshooting skills.
• Disassemble and reassemble aircraft interiors, instrument panels, and avionics equipment bays before and after installations, using proper handling and storage techniques.

• Experience with Boeing 737, 747, and 777 aircraft.
• Minimum of 5 years in sheet metal, aviation maintenance, and installation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong installation skills.

• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Capability to work with limited supervision.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
