We are hiring Structures Mechanics for a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity in Redstone Gateway, Alabama, supporting heavy maintenance and modifications on the B52 aircraft as well as PYLON and Panel Modifications. Candidates must have at least 10 years of structural sheet metal and repair experience.
- Heavy/Modifications background – REQUIRED

- Fixed-Wing or Rotary-Wing experience accepted

Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural repairs, modifications, and heavy maintenance on fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft
- Conduct riveting, drilling, and fastener installations in accordance with technical specifications
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and maintenance manuals
- Inspect work performed to ensure compliance with FAA and company quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and safety goals
- Support hangar operations with attention to detail and quality workmanship
Qualifications
- 6+ years of aircraft structures/ sheet metal experience – REQUIRED
- Heavy maintenance or modifications background – REQUIRED
- Experience with structural repairs, replacements, and fabrication – REQUIRED
- Heavy maintenance – REQUIRED
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass background/drug screening
- No A&P license required
