Job Title: Sheet Metal Worker
Location: Kaunas, Lithuania

Start Date: Immediate start

Role Conditions:
Contract Length: Immediate start – 31st May 2026
Shift Pattern: 5 on, 1 off
Hours: 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am
Rate: Competitive rate
Flights: Included
Accommodation: Various types of private accommodation available. From a hotel within walking distance of the hangar, to other hotel and studio apartment options in the heart of Kaunas city centre. A bus is provided for those that choose the city accommodation to get to and from work. Alternatively, a per diem is available.

About the Role:
On behalf of our client, a leading organisation in the aviation industry, we are currently recruiting for Sheet Metal Workers to support their base maintenance activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic environment with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and technical excellence.

Candidate Requirements
Essential:

Minimum of 3 years documented experience through logbooks and reference letters, preferably on B737
Personal tooling
Must provide a criminal record and background check
Right to work in the EU

Desirable:

Relevant training certificates (Human Factors, EWIS, Fuel Tank Safety & SMS)
