Description:
The Airframe Sheetmetal Mechanic performs internal and external sheet metal repairs, modifications, and installations to all aircraft serviced at the facility. Researches and develops repair schemes using blueprints, engineering orders, service bulletins, and other technical publications. Fabricates various sheet metal parts in their entirety by interpreting blueprints, calculating angles, diameters, and bend allowances, and then cutting, shaping and forming the part.
Position Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of proven Sheetmetal experience performing airframe modifications / repairs required
• A valid FAA approved Airframe Licensed preferred
• Corporate aviation experience required
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent
