As a Field Service Engineer 1 - ConveyorSystems /Electrical & Mechanical here at Honeywell,you will have the opportunity to provide technical support and expertise to ourcustomers in the Mechanical Systems & Conveyor Components business unit.You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving electrical andmechanical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, anddriving customer satisfaction. Your expertise and commitment to excellence willplay a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and thegrowth of our business.
You will report directly to our Field Service Engineering Manager and youllwork out of our 1 location on an alternating work schedule. In this role, youwill impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customersoperations by providing exceptional technical support and service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues for ourcustomers
• Provide technical support and expertise for our Conveyor Systems solutions
• Provide technical support and expertise for our Mechanical Systems &Components solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation ofour solutions
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and providerecommendations for improvement
YOU MUST HAVE
•1+ year of Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive or Industrial troubleshooting and repair experience
•MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
•Ability to work multiple shifts as needed
WE VALUE
•Previous experience troubleshooting material handling equipment (conveyors, palletizers, robotics)
•PLC experience preferred
•Previous customer service experience
