Design solutions to drive safe living and quality of lifeThe main function of this position is to respond and resolveservice calls providing technical support and troubleshooting to Honeywellcustomers. Additional responsibilitiesrelated to the technical delivery of small service jobs, time and material work,and preventive maintenance may be assigned as well. These customers will havevarious products installed that fall into the - HVAC, automation controls, lifesafety, fire, and security systems category as well as their associatedcomputer systems. The goal is to ensuresystem up-time and efficiency.
Job Duties:
- Verify system functional performance to ensure properoperations according to contract requirements including testing, calibratingverify system and peripheral device operations as per preventative maintenanceschedule.
- Can program 1 system independently.
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix common issues independently.
- Basic EBI knowledge.
- Complete required documentation for work performed or othercontractual obligations.
- Proper use of safety personal protection equipment.
- Security and other clearances as required by customer.
Basic Qualifications:
- Some field installation/service experience.
- Completed preventative maintenance on systems internally orexternally.
- Ability to work independently 75 of the time.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to travel throughout the service area, withoccasional overnight stays.
- Valid Drivers License and driving record acceptable toHoneywell.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience.
- Technical Training.
