Structures Mechanic - MOD

• Sheetmetal repair and modification on aircraft listed above to perform ISR modifications on Bombardier Global Express 6500 and King Air.
• All work accomplished with applicable technical documentation and engineering blueprints.
• Disassemble, modify, repair, and reassemble complex aircraft metal items and systems, e.g., bulkheads, airframes spars, air scoops, wings, flaps, pylons, sponsons, fuselages, skins, ribs, gussets.
• Drill, locate, modify, and install prepared modification kits per customer requirements and within all applicable regulatory guidelines (military and FAA).
• Repair and replace as necessary all green-aircraft components and/or skins, stringers, doublers and other structural items that may be damaged before, during or after installation of modification to aircraft.
• Record all changes to green aircraft components such as serial and part number changes, component installation serial and part numbers and process documentation for all modifications preformed to aircraft in applicable forms and databases.
• Using electronic sign off programs, signify that all work was done in accordance with all drawings and engineering processes.
• Electronic signatures are provided to sign off all work completed.
• Perform all work in accordance within rules and regulations set forth by FAA, AS9100 and Military criteria.

4/10’s, 7am-5:30PM

• 5+ years’ experience
• Modification experience REQUIRED.
• Relevant airframes preferred
• Tools needed, shadowed
• Active Security Clearance preferred but not required 

WILL TAKE ENTRY LEVEL 1-3 YEARS EXPEREINCE FOR 28-30/HOUR
