We are seeking an experienced Structures Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of hands-on experience in structural repair, metal fabrication, and precision aircraft or industrial component work. This role requires advanced skill in metal cutting, bending, and fabrication, as well as the ability to read blueprints, follow technical data, and deliver high-quality workmanship with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural repairs, modifications, and installations on metal components and assemblies.
• Cut, bend, form, and fabricate sheet metal and structural materials according to specifications.
• Use a variety of tools including shears, brakes, drills, grinders, riveters, and welding equipment (as applicable).
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, engineering drawings, and work orders.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot structural issues and recommend effective repair solutions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment; adhere to company and industry safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with engineers, leads, and team members to achieve production goals.

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a structures/sheet metal mechanic or fabricator.
• Proficiency in metal cutting, bending, forming, and fabrication techniques.
• Strong understanding of structural assembly and repair methods.
• Ability to use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Familiarity with aerospace, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with aircraft structures (if relevant).
• Certification in sheet metal fabrication or related trade (optional).
