• Install structural parts and major components within assigned station areas.
• Perform repair work on concessions/discrepancies.
• Position and assemble components accurately.
• Rework external skin damage on aircraft.
• Follow production orders, design documents, concessions, and inspection procedures.
• Prepare and resolve queries, provide follow-up and feedback.
• Sort and examine work orders and drawings.
• Prepare job station for daily activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Aviation Production or equivalent.
• Previous experience with drilling tools, templates, drilling machines, fasteners, and torquing tools.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and general aircraft familiarization.
• Ability to use computer systems (SAP and Excel required).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Vocational training or prior employer training in application tools and techniques.
• 5+ years of experience in Aviation Production.
• Knowledge of station safety, quality standards (clean as you go / FOD), and OSHA regulations.
