Type: Contract‑to‑Hire (6 months)
Job Description:
- Sheet metal repair & fabrication — Perform bench‑level repair, modification, and fabrication of aircraft structural components.
- Precision drilling & riveting — Drill, rivet, bend, and fit metal parts with accuracy and consistency.
- Blueprint & drawing interpretation — Read and follow technical drawings, work instructions, and repair manuals.
- Structural assembly & repair — Build, align, and repair structural components to meet aviation standards.
- Quality & safety compliance — Maintain strict adherence to safety procedures and quality requirements.
Skills/Qualifications:- Mechanical experience — 3+ years in manufacturing, construction, automotive, or similar hands‑on environments.
- Mechanical aptitude — Strong understanding of tools, measurements, and mechanical processes.
- Attention to detail — Ability to perform precise, repeatable work.
- Growth mindset — Positive attitude and eagerness to learn aviation‑specific skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Sheet metal or blueprint experience
- Aviation or A&P exposure

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
