Position SummaryDavcor Aviation Services is seeking experienced Aircraft Structural Technicians to support MRO heavy maintenance operations in Everett, Washington. This role involves performing structural repair and corrosion control work on Airbus and Boeing aircraft during heavy maintenance checks.
The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge in aircraft structures, the ability to interpret engineering data, and experience performing complex repairs in a heavy maintenance environment. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform structural repairs and maintenance on Airbus and Boeing aircraft during heavy maintenance checks
Identify corrosion and perform corrosion removal in accordance with approved maintenance data
Perform structural repairs and replacements including, but not limited to:
• Stringer repairs
• Floor beam repairs
• Floor intercostal repairs
• Seat track repairs and replacements
Read, interpret, and follow approved technical documentation including:
• AMM (Aircraft Maintenance Manual)
• SRM (Structural Repair Manual)
• ADs (Airworthiness Directives)
• SBs (Service Bulletins)
• Engineering Authorizations (EAs)
• Engineering Orders (EOs)
• Aircraft drawings and schematics
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with FAA regulations, company procedures, and quality standards
Maintain accurate documentation and maintenance records for completed work
Communicate effectively with maintenance leadership and team members regarding progress and technical issues
Maintain tools and equipment in serviceable condition
Adhere to safe maintenance practices and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or managers
Qualifications & Requirements2–5 years of aircraft structural experience in MRO heavy maintenance (Required)
Experience working on Airbus and Boeing aircraft (preferred)
Strong understanding of corrosion removal and structural repair procedures
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, engineering documents, and aircraft manuals
Commitment to high-quality workmanship and safety standards.
Self-motivated, able to work independently, or as part of a team.
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
Must possess minimum required personal tools
Must be willing to work any shift, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site
Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
Passport is a plus
License / CertificationAirframe & Powerplant (A&P) License (Preferred but not required)
EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent (Required)
Work Environment & Physical RequirementsPerform day-to-day planned and unplanned aircraft structural maintenance
Work in compliance with company manuals, approved technical data, and applicable federal regulations
Maintain and properly use related tools and equipment
Lift up to 80 pounds
Read, write, and speak English clearly
Squat, bend, kneel, climb, and stand for extended periods
Work from maintenance stands, lifts, and platforms
Work performed in hangar, ramp, and aircraft environments, including exposure to industrial conditions and varying weather
Perform other duties as assigned; responsibilities may change based on operational needs, workload changes, or technical developments
Compensation$55/hour with per diem split for up to 40 hours per week.
Any hours over 40 are paid straight $55/hour, fully taxed.
