Job Title: Structures MechanicJob Description
The Structures Mechanic inspects, repairs, and modifies aircraft structures on general aviation and corporate aircraft to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance with regulatory standards. This role works hands-on in a business aviation hangar environment, using technical documentation and specialized tools to maintain the structural integrity of aircraft fuselages, wings, and control surfaces while collaborating closely with other maintenance professionals.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed inspections, repairs, and modifications on aircraft structures, including fuselage, wings, and control surfaces.
- Use technical manuals, blueprints, and engineering drawings to plan and execute accurate structural repairs and modifications.
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to preserve aircraft structural integrity and airworthiness.
- Collaborate with other mechanics, technicians, and maintenance personnel to troubleshoot and resolve structural issues on general aviation and corporate aircraft.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr.
