Job Description

The Structures Mechanic inspects, repairs, and modifies aircraft structures on general aviation and corporate aircraft to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance with regulatory standards. This role works hands-on in a business aviation hangar environment, using technical documentation and specialized tools to maintain the structural integrity of aircraft fuselages, wings, and control surfaces while collaborating closely with other maintenance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections, repairs, and modifications on aircraft structures, including fuselage, wings, and control surfaces.
• Use technical manuals, blueprints, and engineering drawings to plan and execute accurate structural repairs and modifications.
• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to preserve aircraft structural integrity and airworthiness.
• Collaborate with other mechanics, technicians, and maintenance personnel to troubleshoot and resolve structural issues on general aviation and corporate aircraft.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN.

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr.
