Structures/Sheet Metal Mechanic

We are hiring experienced aircraft maintenance professionals for a long-term opportunity supporting heavy maintenance operations in West Virginia. This is not a short-term contract—we’re looking for skilled, motivated individuals seeking career stability, growth, and strong earning potential. With unlimited overtime, technicians regularly earn $100K+ annually.

Work Environment

Large 200,000 sq. ft. climate-controlled hangar
Heavy maintenance environment performing C & D checks
Regional aircraft platforms
Team-oriented, production-focused operation

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $37.00/hour
Overtime: Unlimited (most techs work 52–60 hours/week)
Per Diem: $1000/week tax-free
- Up to $52,000 annually (tax-exempt)
Housing: 30 days of temporary housing provided
Work Schedules
- 1st Shift A: Sunday–Tuesday + every other Wednesday (6:30 AM start)
- 1st Shift B: Thursday–Saturday + every other Wednesday off (6:30 AM start)
- 2nd Shift: Sunday–Tuesday + every other Saturday off (6:30 PM start)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform heavy maintenance, inspections, and checks (C & D)
- Follow FAA regulations and company maintenance procedures
- Accurately document completed work
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced MRO environment
Tools
- Basic tools required (tool list provided)
- New hires must be shadowed initially
Qualifications
- Aircraft maintenance experience in heavy maintenance environments preferred
- Ability to work extended hours and overtime as needed
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
