Pay Range: $35.00–$42.00/hour based on experience
Evening Shift Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM

What You’ll Do:As a key member of our maintenance team, you’ll work directly on customer aircraft, performing structural repairs, modifications, and inspections. Your day-to-day will include:
Troubleshooting and repairing aircraft structures and composite components
Fabricating and modifying metal parts per engineering specifications
Performing minor and complex repairs—on and off aircraft
Conducting hidden damage inspections and documenting work per regulations
Supporting mechanical and electrical removals/installations as needed
Assisting with aircraft towing, off-site maintenance, and GSE operation
Complying with all safety, environmental, and quality policies
Participating in continuous improvement and 5S activities
What You Bring to the Team:Required:
Training from an aircraft sheet metal technical school or equivalent experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate aircraft structural repairs or modifications
Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation
Ability to work safely and efficiently under tight deadlines and in varying conditions
Own a complete set of basic hand tools and maintain control/inventory of them
Willingness to work unscheduled overtime, weekends, and holidays
Ability to obtain GSE certifications and, if required, a SIDA badge
Preferred:
A&P, Airframe Certification, or Repairman Certificate
Basic PC/computer skills for documentation and compliance tracking

Pay Details: $35.00 to $42.00 per hour
