Position Summary:
The Structures Technician is responsible for performing aircraft structural repairs, modifications, and inspections in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer data, and company procedures. This role focuses on hands-on repair and fabrication tasks, ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately, and on time in a Part 145 Repair Station environment.

Perform hands-on structural repair, fabrication, installation, and modification of airframe components using approved data and methods.

Execute work orders, engineering orders, and service bulletins in compliance with FAA regulations, OEM manuals, and company policies.

Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Quality Control, and Materials to support project milestones.

Report progress, delays, and concerns to the Crew Lead, Maintenance Manager, or DOM in a timely manner.

Working Conditions:

Full-time role in an FAA Part 145 Repair Station, working in hangar, aircraft interior, and outdoor environments.

Frequent exposure to loud noise, vibrations, moving parts, fumes, airborne particles, and varying weather conditions.
