We are seeking three skilled Structures Technicians to perform modifications and installations on UH-60 aircraft as part of a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) government program. This role involves working on autopilot systems and glass cockpits. The position offers a long-term, indefinite contract with the potential for conversion to a direct hire.

• Perform modifications and installations on UH-60 aircraft.
• Work on autopilot systems and glass cockpits.
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Conduct sheet metal repairs and aircraft modifications.

• Experience in aircraft structures, preferably 5+ years.
• Proficient in modification and installation processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Experience with rotary wing aircraft preferred, though any platform with modification/installation experience is considered.
• Must possess own tools or be willing to acquire them.

• Sheet metal and airframe repair experience.
• Familiarity with aviation structures and helicopter maintenance.
• Experience in aircraft sheet metal installation and repair.

This opportunity offers a long-term position with three-day weekends due to four 10-hour shifts. Enjoy a laid-back work environment and a low cost of living. The location is beautifully situated by a lake in the foothills/mountains, offering a peaceful setting between Huntsville and Chattanooga and is known as the fishing capital of the world.

Work will be conducted in a hangar setting, operating on a Monday through Thursday schedule with four 10-hour shifts from 6am to 4:30pm.

This is a Contract position based out of Guntersville, AL.

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $36.00/hr.
