Structures Technician

Job Description:

Our client based in Van Nuys, California is continuing to grow, along with its Maintenance Team, and is seeking experienced Structural Technicians who are looking to take their aviation careers to the next level in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

These positions offer an excellent hourly rate and benefits. Duties within the role include:

Carrying out maintenance and repairs on Business jets
Ad hoc tasks as assigned to you
Interpreting and working with engineering drawings

For consideration, it is essential that Structural Technicians meet the following criteria:

Must have 3+ years of aviation experience as a structural technician
Ideally have 3+ years of corporate aircraft experience
Must have the right to work in the U.S.

Physical Requirements

Ability to routinely lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights above four feet.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
Ability to work in extreme temperatures and noisy environments.
Ability to read small print and distinguish colors accurately.
