Structures Technicians Needed 10,000 bonus offered

Veterans Alliance is in search of talented Structures Technicians to join a growing global aerospace company in Bridgeport, WV. This is a FAA heavy maintenance and repair facility that has a 200,000 square feet temperature controlled hangar. 

Pay: $37.00 with a generous per diem split

Must pass structures assessment. 

• Verifies conformance to industry and Company standards. Provides feedback to lesser experienced workers
• Interprets specifications, drawings, and/or sample parts to determine machine adjustments and material processing requirements
• Mentors and assists in training Fabricator/Assembler staff on procedures and processes to develop skills.
• Identifies and performs processes needed for fabrication and assembly.
• Inspects all parts and assemblies for cleanliness and conformity. If non-conformities exist, notifies Production Supervisor for corrective action.
• Keeps Production Supervisor advised of work status, workload, problems, and progress as related to work assignments.
• Follows engineering drawings and specifications to install, connect, or bond aircraft parts using adhesives, rivets, or threaded fasteners.
• Prepares and uses jigs or fixtures to aid in locating, bonding, or drilling aircraft parts.
• 1-3 years of Aircraft Sheet Metal/Structures experience
