We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Testing Technician to join our team and support the quality, reliability, and performance testing of our products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on technical work, problem‑solving, and working in a fast‑paced environment where accuracy matters.

• Perform functional, performance, and reliability testing on products and components
• Operate and maintain testing equipment, tools, and instrumentation
• Document test results clearly and accurately
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report issues or failures
• Follow established testing procedures and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to support continuous improvement
• Assist in developing or refining test procedures as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certificate or associate degree preferred
• Experience in product testing, quality control, or a related technical field
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, or specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Basic understanding of electrical or mechanical systems (depending on industry)
• Proficiency with hand tools, measurement devices, and testing equipment
• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Experience with data logging or automated test systems
• Familiarity with ISO, IPC, or other industry standards
• Basic computer skills (Excel, test software, reporting tools)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Midland, TX.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
