Job Title: Turbine Engine TechnicianPosition OverviewWe’re seeking a skilled Turbine Engine Technician to join our helicopter engine overhaul team. In this role, you’ll work hands-on in a bench repair and testing environment, focusing on the complete teardown, evaluation, restoration, and certification of turbine engines used in heavy‑lift helicopters. You’ll play a key part in ensuring engine reliability, safety, and performance for critical aviation operations.
Key Responsibilities- Perform full engine overhauls, including teardown, fault isolation, component repair, reassembly, and operational testing.
- Review and interpret technical publications, maintenance manuals, and service bulletins to carry out accurate repairs.
- Clean, measure, and inspect parts using precision instruments and visual inspection techniques to identify wear or damage.
- Repair or replace components utilizing standard hand tools and specialized precision tools.
- Conduct functional checks and performance tests to verify airworthiness and serviceability.
- Accurately record inspection results, corrective actions, and parts used in maintenance documentation systems.
Required Skills & Experience- Background in turbine engine maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Active A&P certificate.
- Strong ability to identify and diagnose engine-related issues.
- Hands-on experience working with aircraft engines and related systems.
Preferred Qualifications- At least 4 years of experience servicing turbine engines on any helicopter platform.
- Military or commercial training in turbine engine maintenance is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with Honeywell or GE helicopter engines is a strong plus.
- Must meet ITAR requirements and qualify as a U.S. Person.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
