Nickerson Talent Solutions is actively hiring experienced F-16 Aircraft Crew Chiefs for a high-priority fighter aircraft maintenance program supporting operations in Mesa, AZ and Luke AFB.

Level 5 or Level 7 F-16 Experience REQUIRED ??

We are seeking highly skilled military aircraft maintenance professionals with strong hands-on experience in:

• F-16 flightline maintenance
• Launch & recovery operations
• Aircraft troubleshooting & inspections
• Crew Chief responsibilities
• Fighter aircraft maintenance environments

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on F-16 aircraft
• Support aircraft launch, recovery, servicing, and inspections
• Troubleshoot airframe, engine, and pneudraulic systems
• Perform corrosion control and flightline maintenance
• Operate ground support equipment and flightline vehicles
• Read and interpret technical orders, schematics, and maintenance manuals
• Maintain compliance with all maintenance and safety procedures
