Job Title: Unlicensed Aircraft Mechanic

Pay: Up to $40/hr

Location: Bensalem, PA in a P145 repair station environment

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced helicopter mechanic with over four years of helicopter maintenance experience. The ideal candidate should be capable of interpreting and reading schematics or technical drawings and performing inspections and heavy maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections on various helicopter models.
• Interpret and read technical schematics and drawings accurately.
• Perform heavy maintenance and repair tasks as needed.
• Utilize personal tools for maintenance duties.
• Collaborate with other mechanics and technicians in a team environment.

Essential Skills

• 4+ years of helicopter maintenance experience.
• Ability to interpret and read schematics or technical drawings.
• Experience in performing inspections and heavy maintenance.
• Ownership of necessary tools for the job.
• Valid driver’s license.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• FAA A&P license is preferred but not required.
• Experience with any model of civilian helicopter is advantageous.
• Familiarity with brands such as Agusta, Agustawestland, Bell, Eurocopter, Airbus, and Sikorsky.

Work Environment

Work in a small hangar environment alongside A&P mechanics, avionics techs, sheet metal mechanics, and composites techs. The facility operates as a Part 145 shop, providing a collaborative and professional workspace.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bensalem, PA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
