Your Role
* In this role, you will lead unscheduled maintenance activities, troubleshoot, repair, and inspect aircraft systems, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. You will oversee return-to-service procedures, provide guidance to team members, and support maintenance operations on-site and at off-site locations. Education & Job Requirements
* Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
* Must have a valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
* Must have the ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings.
* Must have strong written and verbal communication skills to report individual or aircraft status to customers and internal teams.
* Must own a basic set of hand tools and demonstrate inventory control.
* Must be able to work unscheduled overtime, including non-scheduled workdays and holidays.
* Must be able to work outdoors in seasonal or inclement weather conditions.
* Must have the ability to travel on short notice, including extended assignments up to 30 days.
* Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain insurable status.
* Must have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Must have the ability to obtain Ground Support Equipment (GSE) qualifications as required.
* Must be able to obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge.
* Must have a valid passport and the ability to travel internationally.
* Must have basic PC skills.
* Must have leadership and interpersonal skills to train and guide other employees. Job Duties
* Will perform troubleshooting, repair, installation, inspection, and maintenance on customer aircraft.
* Will create and manage service orders using SAP.
* Will return aircraft to service after maintenance, including at off-site locations.
* Will act as shipping and receiving agent for aircraft parts.
* Will inspect incoming parts and documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
* Will perform and document work per manuals, regulations, and Client General Work Requirements.
* Will assist other maintenance disciplines, including Avionics, Structures, and Composites.
* Will operate ground support equipment as required.
* Will assist with mechanical and electrical removals and installations.
* Will provide time estimates for maintenance tasks.
* Will perform delegated inspector (DI) functions as qualified by QA.
* Will train and mentor other employees in maintenance processes and procedures.
* Will perform other duties as assigned to support overall operations.
