Pay & Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM (10-hour shifts)
Friday: Mandatory overtime (6–10 hours, as needed)
Position Overview
In this role, you will operate a NAP (Universal Welder) and perform high-quality MIG welding and fabrication on carbon steel pipe assemblies. Attention to detail, safety, and teamwork are essential to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on spool pieces, flanges, outlets, and carbon steel pipe
Weld outlets onto carbon steel pipe with precision
Inspect welds and finished products for defects
Ensure proper alignment of fittings and verify groove depth
Identify and report seam splits or pipe defects
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized welding station
Follow all safety, quality, and production standards
Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns promptly
Complete required online training through Workday
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
3–5 years of welding and fabrication experience
Proficient in MIG welding
Ability to accurately read a tape measure
1 year of basic computer experience, including Outlook/Email
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
General reading and writing skills
Forklift assessment required

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
