Welder – 1st Shift in Clayton, NCSchedule & Pay:
1st Shift: Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–6:45 PM (Saturdays as needed)
Pay: $17.00–$22.00/hour based on experience

What You’ll DoPerform structural steel welding using MIG, TIG, and Arc processes
Cut steel using oxy‑acetylene and plasma arc equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and assembly instructions
Operate metalworking equipment (press brake, drill press, shears)
Verify welds and finished parts meet quality and blueprint specifications
Maintain a clean, safe, ISO9001:2015‑compliant workspace
Lift up to 50 lbs and meet daily production requirements
What You’ll Need3+ years MIG/TIG/Arc welding (steel & aluminum)
3+ years blueprint reading & metal fabrication experience
Oxy‑acetylene cutting experience
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work 10‑hour days + some Saturdays
Personal welding helmet, steel‑toe boots, and basic tools
High school diploma/GED
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass welding test, background check, and drug screen
Preferred Qualifications3–5 years structural steel welding
AWS D1.1 certification
Experience with dye penetrant testing
Additional metalworking, framing, plasma arc, or laser measuring skills

Pay Details: $17.00 to $22.00 per hour
