• Location: Onsite — Broken Arrow, OK

• Schedule Options:

  • 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday 4:30 AM – 3:00 PM

  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM

• Pay Rate: $22.00–$24.50/hour (with potential up to $28.00 after certification)

As a Welder, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality welded components that meet strict safety and quality standards. Your craftsmanship ensures timely delivery to customers while supporting a collaborative manufacturing environment.

• Set up, operate, and adjust welding machines and fixtures safely and efficiently

• Inspect first-piece and in-process parts using precision measuring instruments

• Perform routine equipment upkeep and minor maintenance

• Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and drawings

• Support steel assembly and CNC operations as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area

• Mentor less-experienced team members in welding operations

• Assist with inventory and supply requests for the welding department

• Work overtime, including weekends, when business needs require

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)

• At least 1 year of welding experience (or 6 months in a Welding C role)

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

• Working knowledge of welding processes and precision measuring tools

• Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in warm manufacturing environments

• Experience supporting CNC or steel assembly operations

• Demonstrated readiness to test for API 1104 certification
