At-a-Glance
What You’ll DoAs a Welder, you’ll play a vital role in fabricating and assembling high-quality piping systems. Your day-to-day work will include:
Performing MIG and TIG welding on carbon steel and stainless steel pipes
Welding couplings and outlets onto pipes with precision
Assembling pipe sections through accurate pipe-to-pipe welding
Completing specialty welding tasks on spool pieces and pipe components
Inspecting welds and materials for defects, alignment, and quality standards
Checking for seams, splits, or inconsistencies in pipe materials
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workstation
Reporting equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly
Utilizing basic computer systems for training and documentation
Important: A hands-on weld test is required during the interview (minimum 2 hours). Candidates must bring their own welding hood and PPE.
✅ What You BringRequired Qualifications:3–5 years of welding and fabrication experience
Strong proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques
Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
Solid communication skills and ability to work well within a team
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with industrial piping systems or fabrication environments
Familiarity with quality inspection standards and safety protocols
Basic computer literacy for training and operational systems

Pay Details: $27.00 per hour
