As a 2nd Shift Welder, you will play a key role in producing precision parts within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Location: Broken Arrow, OK
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Pay: $22.00 – $24.50/hour, with potential to earn up to $28.00/hour upon API 1104 certification
Type: Direct Hire

• Set up and operate welding equipment and fixtures safely and efficiently

• Adjust machine settings to produce high-quality welds that meet specifications

• Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Perform routine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized workspace

• Support steel assembly and, when needed, assist with CNC operations

• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals

• Mentor less experienced team members and promote best practices

• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a strong quality management culture

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)

• At least 1 year of welding experience (or minimum 6 months in a similar welding role)

• Working knowledge of welding techniques and machine operation

• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments

• Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Commitment to safety and consistent attendance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multiple welding processes or manufacturing environments

• Familiarity with CNC operations or steel assembly

• Readiness to pursue API 1104 certification
