(Senior) IT Product Manager

Job Description:

Join our international IT team and take ownership of innovative SaaS products used across the Lufthansa Group.

As (Senior) IT Product Manager, you will ensure reliable product performance, drive digital transformation, and collaborate with experts across Europe to deliver state-of-the-art IT solutions.

Tasks

Manage and optimize SaaS applications within the Lufthansa Group
Ensure stable daily operations and monitor system performance
Coordinate external providers and manage SLAs
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Drive automation and process improvements
Manage IT governance topics (security, risk, compliance)
Support IT and business projects across functional areas

*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

University degree, preferably in IT related field
5+ years’ experience in SaaS application management or IT product ownership
Strong understanding of IT environments and product lifecycle
Experience in provider and contract management
Ability to translate business needs into efficient IT solutions
Knowledge of cloud and SaaS models; SAP know-how is a plus
Excellent command of English; German language is an asset
Strong analytical mindset, communication skills, and customer orientation
Proactive, structured, and solution-focused approach
