A&P Supervisor – Aircraft MaintenanceLead a team at one of the largest aircraft storage and maintenance operations in the world. We handle everything from narrow-body to wide-body aircraft, ensuring safety and compliance throughout their service life.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise aircraft maintenance activities in a certified repair station.
- Oversee disassembly, repair, assembly, and testing of aircraft components.
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer manuals, and service bulletins.
- Coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and verify quality standards.
- Manage documentation, including component removal logs and repair orders.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex mechanical, electrical, and structural issues.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid A&P license (required).
- 5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of Boeing and Airbus platforms (CRJ900 or larger).
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Aircraft hangar setting with exposure to noise, temperature changes, and moving machinery. Requires use of PPE and ability to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, kneeling).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $42.00/hr.
