RESPONSIBILITIES
 

The mission of TASAR -“A400M Retrofit and MRO Programmes” is to perform the necessary activities and program management in order to deliver fully capable and mission ready A400M through reliable and efficient Retrofit and MRO solutions, boosting Customer satisfaction. The added value to the company is obtained through a sustainable business model being an attractive A400M upgrade reference and the performance of on-time, on-cost and on-quality Retrofit and Internal MRO works in the most efficient and effective way possible.

The A400M Retrofit & MRO Program Integration & Campaign Preparation Manager, will be part of the Integration, Campaign Preparation, Industrialization & Digitalization team of Retrofit Programme. She/he will be responsible to support the functional and programme stakeholders to define and mature all necessary enablers (e.g. MODs, SBs, Material, Tooling, Work Orders, Industrial Setup, contractual coverage) in a multifunctional team setup. This ensures that upon start of a particular retrofit campaign all enablers are fully mature maximizing stability of the industrial event and avoiding risk due to lack of enablers.

SKILLS

This role requires a dynamic, talented (multi-skilled) and experienced employee with strong Project Management knowledge including working with interdisciplinary / cross-functional project teams (MFT) and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to ensure outcomes in line with programme and organizational objectives.

Negotiation level communication skills in English and Spanish is required.
