What we will do together:

Attached to the Finance Direction, the Credit Management Assistant will report directly to a Credit Manager.

 The apprentice will:

• Manage the financial risk by steering credit lines allocated for his/her customer portfolio,
• Liaise actively with customers and commercial departments,
• Prevent, informs, and alerts credit risk to the credit manager.

The Credit Management Assistant Apprentice scope of work covers credit risk management in respect of aircraft sales, aircraft leases, and support sales.

Detailed description of the mission:

• Manage the credit lines granted to a portfolio of customers worldwide for all ATR activities,
• Provide reminders to customers to get payments on due date and use all means to collect the debt,
• Analyse the credit risk of each customer in his/her portfolio by measuring solvency risk, by granting credit lines in cooperation with the credit manager,
• Keep informed the management of the level of the customer debt,
• Collect customer disputes on invoicing,
• Support the credit management team in developing new digital tools to improve the quality and productivity of the department.

This apprenticeship is designed for you:

Educated to a Master degree level in Economy, Foreign languages, Finance, International Trade

Technical skills: Economic, Finance, Foreign languages, Treasury, Financial analysis,

Relationship skills: Ability to negotiate (in French, English, and others), verbal fluency, rigorous, team spirit, analytical mind

Language skills: English (intermediate level), Spanish

Knowledge of MS Office, advanced Excel, SAP, Power-Bi

Rattaché(e) à la Direction Financière, l&39;Assistant(e) Credit Management sera directement rattaché(e) à un Credit Manager.

Activités:

• Gérer le risque financier en pilotant les lignes de crédit allouées pour son portefeuille de clients,
• Assurer une liaison active avec les clients et les services commerciaux,
• Prévenir, informer et alerter le credit manager en cas de risque de crédit.

Le champ d&39;action de l&39;apprenti(e) assistant(e) en gestion de crédit couvre la gestion du risque de crédit pour les ventes d&39;avions, les locations d&39;avions et les ventes de support.

Description détaillée de la mission :

• Gérer les lignes de crédit accordées à un portefeuille de clients dans le monde entier pour l&39;ensemble des activités d&39;ATR,
• Effectuer des relances auprès des clients pour obtenir des paiements à l&39;échéance et mettre en œuvre tous les moyens pour recouvrer la créance,
• Analyser le risque de crédit de chaque client de son portefeuille en mesurant le risque de solvabilité, en accordant des lignes de crédit en coopération avec le credit manager,
• Tenir la direction informée du niveau de la dette du client,
• Recueillir les litiges des clients sur la facturation,
• Soutenir l&39;équipe de gestion des crédits dans le développement de nouveaux outils numériques pour améliorer la qualité et la productivité du département.

Compétences techniques : Economie, Finance, Langues étrangères, Trésorerie, Analyse financière,

Compétences relationnelles : Capacité à négocier (en français, anglais et autres), aisance verbale, rigueur, esprit d&39;équipe, esprit d&39;analyse.

Compétences linguistiques : Anglais (niveau intermédiaire), espagnol

Connaissance de MS Office, Excel avancé, SAP, Power-Bi
