Your Mission

  • Mission 1: Establish and cultivate trusting relationships with clients and all their teams. Build customer loyalty and represent the voice of the customer internally. Provide key information for marketing plans and business strategy.
  • Mission 2: Manage and develop activities in order to optimize orders intake and margins over the entire lifecycle of ATR&39;s products, services and solutions.
  • Mission 3: Lead and manage the campaign team, including the prospecting plan (campaign strategy), preparation of the commercial offer, negotiation and development of the offer with a view to achieving the best financial results for ATR.
  • Mission 4: Lead international/cross-functional teams. Represent ATR&39;s interests with the relevant associations and guide the Public Affairs entity, as appropriate.

About you

  • Field of study (Commerce - Sales – Negotiation - Marketing)
  • Experience (5 years minimum)
  • Technical skills / knowledge (Airline, Support, Marketing, Negotiation)
  • Soft skills:
  • Excellent presentation style and skills: experience in making presentations to a large audience and ability to communicate with different sources and users of information. 
  • Internal communication: ability to deal with various internal stakeholders, understanding different constraints and represent commercial stand-point in a rationale way.
  • Analytics: Strong analytical skills and ability to elaborate conclusions drawn from technical or numerical analyses into persuasive marketing arguments. 
  • Customers: ability to work in order to satisfy internal and / or external clients, managing time and quality expectations. 
  • Adaptability: capacity to adapt to new topics (technical, commercial, communication, service, tools). 
  • Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus)
