We are looking for an Technical Support Manager to come onboard in our Technical Support Directorate.
The Technical Support Manager reports to the Head of Technical Support. He/She provides expert aircraft systems and structural support to ATR operators across the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring safe and efficient aircraft operations.
The role serves as a key technical interface between airline maintenance organizations and ATR engineering teams, supporting fleet reliability, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and contributing to continuous product improvement.
Technical support is primarily delivered through technical query management systems (CRM), email correspondence, and direct communication with airline engineering teams from the Singapore Technical Support Center.
Answer to technical support queries related to aircraft systems ATA chapters such as Avionics/Electrical, Hydromechanical, Propulsion, Air Conditioning, Cabin, as well as aircraft structural ATA chapters received by the Singapore Support center.
Knowledge of aircraft systems (ATA chapters including Hydromechanical, Propulsion, Air Conditioning, Cabin, Avionics/Electrical).
