In this customer‑focused role, you’ll be the critical bridge between our CSC teams and our airline partners—driving seamless communication, precise execution, and an exceptional day‑to‑day service experience.
You’ll oversee customer specifications, monitor operational performance, support menu presentations, track quality metrics, and ensure every flight departs on time and to standard.
